What parents ask most
Why is my child's BDI score decreasing?+
The system displays each child's BDI score based on the latest 90 days. Points earned earlier are not deleted; every BDI point remains stored. Using a rolling 90-day window evaluates each child's recent activity, participation, and progress on equal terms, regardless of when they joined the academy.
Can a newly enrolled child join the selection team immediately?+
No. Selection takes place progressively based on training attendance, skill level, tournament performance, BDI score, and coach evaluations.
How is a child's skill level evaluated?+
The academy uses BDI, the Bodons Development Index. It combines training attendance, tournament participation, minutes played, game statistics, and other development indicators. BDI points can also be used as monetary value.
What is the STOP tournament?+
STOP is an internal tournament held regularly for Bodons Academy students. It gives children experience in competition, a way to test their level, and an opportunity to increase their BDI score.
What is the registration fee for a STOP tournament?+
Under the current tournament system, the registration fee for a STOP tournament is MNT 25,000.
Is the BDI score from STOP the same as the Academy Cup BDI score?+
No. BDI earned from a STOP tournament is weighted at 50% of the BDI awarded at the Academy Cup.
Is a special uniform required to participate in tournaments?+
Yes. Students need the academy's official Home & Away uniforms. The two-uniform set costs MNT 180,000.
What is the Bodons Academy Cup?+
The Bodons Academy Cup is one of the academy's largest annual internal tournaments. Held every July with a MNT 50,000,000 prize fund, it gives children an opportunity to demonstrate their development, BDI score, and skills.
How can I pay the training fee?+
For the Darkhan region, payments can be made to Bodons Sport Management LLC at M Bank, account MN090039009037099465. For the Ulaanbaatar region, payments can be made to Bodons Sport Management LLC at Khan Bank, account MN670005005570142029. Training fees can also be paid online through Bodons.mn.

After his interview following a silver-medal finish at the Ulaanbaatar Cup reached many people, Selenge Bodons club director Naranbaatar met with us and offered a full-year Bodons Academy scholarship. In April 2026, he entered his first STOP tournament with the Khöörkhön Bodons team under coach Sarantsetseg and placed second. After moving to the Rigorer branch and competing regularly, his fitness, speed, strength, and skills improved noticeably, with many positive changes.
